I ordered the first time 6 years ago and now I keep receiving their useless catalogue probably for a lifetime. To shoulder the cost, they have a markup of at least 100% on all shipping fees (probably even more). Pricing is already ridiculous in general, but shipping fees takes the biscuit!
The cheapest shipping for a bundle of cardboard bins was 66 CAD with Purolator. So I ordered from Globalindustrial.ca for 15% lower price and 23 CAD for 1-Day delivery with UPS.
They wouldnt give me a credit for my next purchase for two items that were damaged during shipping. So i had to eat $25 on two wine shippers that were already overpriced. USE UHAUL for shipping supplies, free shipping and cheaper prices, ULINE YOU SUCK

Not a reliable dependable employee answering telephones at all in this company! False advertisement! Reliably inconsistant telephone service! Products sold so difficult to use they have to be a joke! Ordering from inline is like wishing in one hand and $#*!ting in the other!
This place is awesome, had my order within 2 days, one chair had an issue the customer service person, Jessica, was absolutely awesome fixed the issue and I ordered more!
I am very impressed with the customer service that I received from Uline. I called them about a "missing" chair after 4:30pm last night. By the time I came in to work this morning, I had a credit invoice for the "missing" chair and an invoice for a new shipment. I "found" the chair and contacted Uline again. They were so friendly and it was no problem at all for me to decline the new chair that they attempted to deliver at 11:30am. I will definitely use Uline again.
When a company's owner feels they have to insert a full page Trump ad into their catalog, it's a sure fire way to lose even more business they complain of losing. December 2020 was my final purchase and I will be cancelling catalogs and trashing those I receive. Purchases will now go to unbiased suppliers.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY! Confirmed 3 TIMES my address and phone number. Sent it to the wrong address and driver didn't even call the right number. I had to leave work and lost over $150 from cancelled customers and now I may miss my sons regional track meet because of all of this. I am beyond MAD right now! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! Not to mention my last few orders of bubble bags have been the incorrect size (shorted by a solid inch and less quantity in the boxes than stated on the outside of the box.)
Bought an item and accidently got the wrong size. When I contacted their HR department to see if I could swap it out for the right one instead, they double charged me for the wrong and right size and then charged me full price to return the wrong sized item.
I am considering not using this company anymore because I cant get them to stop sending catalogs- don't they care about our planet
Uline use very expensive carriers and then make it impossible to arrange a truck for pick up. I wanted to pick up an order and sent the Bill of Lading to the Uline Warehouse, but they did not accept it. I had to change my mind and use their expensive carrier (Averitt Express). Also, they always add tax to the bill for packaging material although our company is sales tax exempt.
I’m a huge fan of Uline but I have been disappointed by them multiple times. I am usually happy with their service and their products but have a couple gripes. First, I think their shipping costs are outrageous. You’d think a company of their size would get better rates with UPS. And, if you plan on buying something that needs assembly, expect it to be missing parts. I have bought two things from them that needed assembly: a $200 hand truck and a $1000 packaging table. Both items were missing important parts and I had to wait for days until the missing pieces arrived. But Uline always makes things right. I was so busy and for three months never had a chance to open the box the hand truck came in. When I saw it was missing the axle, I called them and they sent me the replacement. I shouldn’t have waited so long but appreciate Uline fixing the problem.
Items arrive insanely fast. So many made in USA products. Great company with great values! Somewhere you can be proud to support.
I bought a work table with caster with breaks
Problem began when caster did not work I had thenm replaced they gave other casters with breaks which worked and they are not willing to make new caster for $2000 Table I have called and spoke to everyone very polite but not practical
Please stay away from this Corporation.
They are not Knowledgeable about their product
